Fordham Women's Soccer April 18th Elite ID Clinic
Open to 8th-12th Grade and current College S/A's actively registered in the NCAA Transfer Portal

The Fordham University Women's Soccer Elite ID Clinics provide the opportunity for middle school and high school players (entering grades 8-12 in September 2025 or current college student-athletes actively registered in the NCAA Transfer Portal) a full evening curriculum directed by Head Coach, Magnus Nilerud, and staff.  In addition the cost will include an optional campus tour. The clinic will consist of training methods and training portions that replicate a sample of Fordham University Women's Soccer in-season training sessions. Sessions and games will address both technical and tactical demands of the college game and provide players and opportunity to showcase their abilities in challenging soccer environments. This will provide an excellent insight into how a women's soccer student-athlete train at Fordham University.
The Elite ID Clinic will include small-sided as well as 11v11 games. Separate goalkeeper training will be conducted by Fordham Women's Soccer goalkeeper coach.

College Prep Speed & Conditioning
Summer 8 Week Training Program

Per NCAA Guidelines, this program is open to any and all players of below ages. 

Dates: Monday - Thursdays, June 1st - July 23rd
Time: 7-8:15pm (plus additional 30 min structured play tailored towards soccer athletes)
Location: Fordham University Moglia Stadium 
Ages: 15-25 (Rising HS Sophomores, Current Collegiate Athletes and Aspiring Pro Athletes)
Cost:  DIAMOND Package (All 32 training sessions) $1,050.00 ($35/training session); GOLD Package (20 training sessions) $800.00 ($40/training session); BRONZE Package (10 training sessions) $500.00 ($50/training session). 
This 8 week summer training program is designed for current and rising college level soccer players and college level athletes who want to prepare for the speed, conditioning, and intensity of college athletics. Each session focuses on key performance areas, including speed development, resistance sprint work, conditioning, agility and change of direction, along with technical work and small-sided to full field games. 
The weekly structure rotates training focuses to develop complete athletes to reach peak performance leading into preseason or fall competition. Monday & Thursday emphasize speed & resisted sprint work; Tuesday focuses on high level conditioning; Wednesday targets agility and change of direction. All sessions begin with a dynamic warm up and finish with core training and recovery work.
* For an additional 30 minutes, for those interested and soccer specific athletes, we will facilitate organized open play, both in a small-sided setting and full field games.
The program is primarily led by Fordham University Women's Soccer Assistant Coach Shannon Colligan, who has over 10 years of experience in exercise science-based training specializing in speed, agility, plyometrics, conditioning, and strength development for elite collegiate and high school athletes. Special guest appearances throughout the summer program will include collegiate strength & conditioning coaches, sports nutritionists, health and wellness educators and others.
The program is designed for flexibility within busy summer schedules but is designed to prepare you for preseason over the course of an 8 week curriculum. The program is the perfect opportunity for those balancing internships, summer classes and work throughout the summer. Fordham University is a 15 minute commute from Grand Central and 35 minute train ride from Stamford, CT with the Fordham train station at the gate of Fordham University Rose Hill Campus.

The Fordham Women's Soccer Summer Residential Two-Day Elite Prospect Camp provide the opportunity for middle school and high school players (entering grades 8-12 in September 2026 or current college student-athletes actively registered in the NCAA Transfer Portal) a two-day residential curriculum directed by Head Coach, Magnus Nilerud, and Staff. In addition to Fordham Women's Soccer staff, other coaches from neighboring D1, D2 & D3 programs will be in attendance - full lineup to be announced by June 15th. The clinic will consist of training methods and training portions that replicate a sample of Fordham University Soccer in-season training sessions. Sessions and games will address both technical and tactical demands of the college game and provide players an opportunity to showcase their abilities in challenging soccer environments. This will provide an excellent insight into how a women's soccer student-athlete trains and lives at Fordham University. The Elite ID Clinic will include small-sided as well as 11v11 games. Separate goalkeeper training will be conducted by Fordham Women's Soccer goalkeeper coach.
Cost of Residential prospect camp includes camp tuition, lodging (including bedding), Dinner on Day1, Breakfast & Lunch on Day 2 and Fordham University Women's Soccer Camp Tshirt.

Fordham Women's Soccer 3v3 Girls Summer Showdown

Format: 3v3 round robin tournament; group games and playoffs; Trophies for winners; 4 game guaranteed; 18 minute games, max 6 on each roster; 
Age Brackets & Times:    2012 & 2013 | 9-12Noon.

Cost per team: $400
Cost per player: $75 (individuals will automatically be assigned a team, unless teammates requested)
Fordham Women's Soccer is proud to host our first annual 3v3 Girls Summer Showdown at Moglia Stadium on scenic Rose Hill campus. This small sided event will be a fast paced, high energy, and fun environment for youth female soccer players while giving them a unique opportunity to learn from and interact with current Fordham women's soccer student-athletes.
Each team will experience a 3 hour tournament block featuring: four guaranteed group games, a short mid-session break for recovery and coaching, a seeded playoff bracket with all teams advancing to at least one playoff game - potentially up to 6 total games. Throughout the day, Fordham women's soccer players will be facilitating and officiating games, creating a fun and engaging college level experience. This tournament will feature 8 teams per division (limited spots to ensure quality play), gold medals; a championship trophy and Arthur Avenue gift card for the winners; silver medals and Arthur Avenue gift card for runner up, and it will be a lively organized atmosphere with music and on field energy. 
Spots are limited and are expected to fill quickly.
